We were talking about resolutions the other day, and how inspired we feel to set them, how motivated we feel to start them, and then how demoralizing it can feel when we lose steam a few days in. For the small or large resolutions that really stick, don’t you feel so proud?     I suffer gtim HBP. I was diagnosed with it almost 8 years ago….I am only 40 years old. I have committed many times to get it under control but have struggled. This is the time. This is the year.     Love this giveaway! I’m in the midst of making some changes for my health and seriously need a kickstart! Ever since I had my kids (ages 8 & 11) I’ve felt out of whack, not quite right and trying to get to the bottom of some of my issues. An acupuncturist has helped me to finally kick my insomnia – I sleep all night, every night now! Whew! She is helping me work through some digestive issues as well as some hormonal issues. What would make the process work quicker and smoother is if I was diligent with doing what I need to do best for my body. I do MOSTLY good, but there’s a lot more I could be doing to be better. Pick me, Pick me!!

    Entering for my sister. This would be perfect for her as she is trying to make massive changes in the way her family eats, reason being, that her youngest (now 18mths) was diagnosed with cancer, went through Chemo, and is now doing great.     A year later, I still have almost every lb of my baby weight plastered on my body. My 5 yo was recently diagnosed with high functioning autism and I’ve found myself in the rut of treating myself to treats at the end of every long, hard day and I need to get out of it.
