Workout Bands – These are INCREDIBLE. There are so many exercise band movements that will KILL your muscle, and all while you’re watching The Bachelor.
Weighted Medicine Ball – This Ball will be your bestie. Weighted lunges, wall balls and slam balls will help you in your HIIT workouts, increasing your heart rate and getting you in to the fat burn zone.
Dumbbells – Self explanatory but you don’t need fancy gym equipment! You can build really great muscle at home with dumbbells.
Jumprope – Just the word gives me nausea but this little f friend is an excellent way to get your heart rate up in between strength movements. Intervals of jumping will be MUCH harder than that jaunt on the elliptical you were considering.
Align Pant – Let’s get to the good stuff – our absolute favorite pant to work out in. The Align. You’ll gasp at the price but just leap and we will catch you. Once you get them on you’ll realize they’re so much more than a pant, they’re your new best friend.
Sweatshirt – We love to have something to hide the sweat and general hot messiness after you workout and need to run get the kids from school. Nike is never out, but Adidas is definitely in RN.
Shoes – We have no idea if these shoes are any good but man are they pretty…..and on sale!
