I tried my friend Lisa’s Sweet Corn Salad recipe a few weeks ago and I kept thinking how good it would be in a pizza format! I teamed up with Full Circle Foods – a brand I know and love that is committed to clean foods for families. Here are some of the standards they hold to:
- Simplified, recognizable ingredients.
- Nothing artificial (sweeteners, dyes, flavors or preservatives)
- No high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils.
- No antibiotics or steroids in their meat or dairy.
- Certified with both Aquaculture Practices (BAP) or Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) for their seafood!
I am always looking for brands I know I can pick over another in the aisle and feel like its going to be the cleaner, better option! Full Circle has a huge line-up of items you will find woven throughout your entire grocery store. (Find your best shopping option here!)
What a better time to try out this Sweet Corn Pizza that’s been on my mind! I used Full Circle’s Gluten Free Pizza Dough Mix and honestly I am so so impressed. I had super low expectations for this dough being Gluten Free, and it was so delicious! The batter looks like cake but ends up crunchy and crispy on the edges, and soft and chewy in the middle. They tout that you don’t need sauce for their dough and I wasn’t sure, but they’re right! It’s so good plain with whatever toppings you like!
As per the recipe I used for the salad I added feta, sweet corn (Full Circle sells whole kernel corn frozen, or you can do fresh, too!) olive oil, cherry tomatoes and cilantro! It’s fresh, sweet, acidic and that salty feta cuts through everything so nicely!
We’re doing giveaway with Full Circle Foods on my instagram so be sure and check it out!
