We teamed up today to share Woody’s nursery! Of course our favorite binky, the MAM Comfort™ pacifier, is a very important fixture, and so are the MAM Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottles. Woody has been great with taking a bottle, which is SO helpful and appreciated on my part. He has the most sensitive stomach, which has been a rough ride for us as parents. Luckily the MAM Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottles have a vented base, so the flow is unmatched. So many cool features. If you want to see them in action, I’ll show them on my stories on Instagram today. Did you know that MAM has been a trusted brand of parents for over 40 years? I love knowing that they are committed to the health and safety of not only their products, but also the babies who use them.
FIT AND FLOW
Since Woody is our last baby I really wanted the nursery to be filled with pieces I could easily repurpose in the home afterwards. His room is right off the main living space and has a lot of eyes on it, so I also wanted it to feel like it flowed with the look and feel of the rest of the main level.
So besides the crib, I can envision all the decor transitioning to different rooms and still feeling intentional. I love this rocker and can imagine grabbing a few more to put outside on the patio for Summer nights. This sidetable is another super sturdy piece that could fit in with every other room in the house.
MUST HAVE BABY PRODUCTS
The thing about pacifiers and bottles is that the baby ultimately chooses what they like, but I was very glad it was MAM, because they are touted as the best option for breastfed babies! The MAM Comfort™ pacifier, and the Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottles have nearly the same nipple, which makes so much sense for moving back and forth through the product line. They’re also super pliable and comfortable on Woody’s face, and the nipples are thin to avoid interfering with his bite later on, as you can see below:
Also, both the MAM Comfort™ Pacifier and the Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottle are so easy to sterilize. The Comfort™ Pacifier comes with a storage case that doubles as a self-sterilizing case. Simply put a little bit of water in the case and microwave for about 3 minutes. For the Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottles, all you need to do is microwave with a little bit of water for 3 minutes. So easy!
OFFICE TO NURSERY
We weren’t positive we were having another baby when we built the home, but it’s worked out! Moving ALL my office junk to various spaces in the house was tricky, but once Woody is sleeping through the night, we’ll move him to the basement with his brothers and I’ll get the office back. PHEW. We were working with the existing chandelier and half wall paint job of my home office and I in no way wanted to make changes so early after building the house (two years in August!)
EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE
It’s a small room with no closet, but an amazing view and it has worked out great! Typically I would fill the room with plants, but this shade on the wall clashes with most greenery which is sad to me. If you know of any houseplants that are interesting (read: not bright green) colors, hit me up!
Since there isn’t a closet we have a big dresser for his things and are using wall space for other storage like bath towels, wraps and more.
Thanks to MAM for sponsoring this room reveal! I got the Comfort™ pacifier, and the Easy Start™ Anti-Colic Bottles at Walmart, which is one of the only stores I can count on to ship when they say they’re going to right now. 😉 Whether I’m able to shop in store or am ordering online, Walmart has what I need. I so appreciate that as a mom with a small baby! I can barely remember what I had for breakfast, let alone purchase something far enough in advance, ha!
