Fall Trends 2020 Post #2!
NEXT up was 100% reader voted! First I had you vote from 4 Fall Trends for KNITS – Polo Neck, Sweater Vest, Embellished Cardigan and Frilled Sweater. Polo Neck was dead last, then Sweater Vest and Embellished Cardigan were neck in neck, but the clear winner was the Frilled Sweater! Find it in action on my REEL, here!
Mock Sweater Vest (I can’t find this! I’ll link if I do.) // Button Down Sweater Vest // Frilled Collar Sweater (I really wanted to style this one but I didn’t have enough time to wait for shipping before a trip) // Black Eyelet Collar Sweater // Polo Neck Sweater (forgot where this came from, too, ACK!) // Embellished Cardigan
And then in the interest of time I found 3 options on ASOS (bless you 2 day shipping!) and had you all vote one more time!
Just by way of review the top frilled mock neck sweater is so cozy and I was hoping would be the winner! The black frilled collar is itchy but I always love black so that would’ve been my 2nd choice, but the third extra feminine frilled open knit henley sweater won by a LANDSLIDE! You all know I don’t really do feminine very often so this was a challenge for me, which was super fun to stretch myself a bit! So here we go…
FRILLED SWEATER 4 WAYS!
(These photos are garbage quality but I just wanted to get the post up before stuff started selling out! I’ll star the item if it’s the exact link, otherwise I found the best plan B or even better than what’s shown!)
- TRENDY – I paired two trends together on this one, obviously the frilled sweater trend + a front slit flare pant! I love the front slit flare look, might be worth doing it’s own series on!SWEATER // SLIT FRONT HEM* // SNAKESKIN BOOTS // LONGLINE BLACK COAT
3. CLASSIC — A great pair of jeans (Abercrombie’s high rise skinny’s are awesome!) and flats, topped with an awesome coat in Fall’s favorite print: plaid!
4. FEMININE — Nothing more feminine or flattering than an A-line twirl skirt!
