#framefarme KITCHEN

#framefarme kitchen

This post is in partnership with Bosch home appliances. All thoughts are my own. So excited to share the kitchen with you today! I teamed up with Bosch to do the reveal and I know a lot of you were waiting for my review, so I’ll do that first and then give you the tour of the kitchen below! The original dishwasher we picked for the house was absolutely terrible and I polled my Instagram friends and was shocked at the couple hundred responses emphatically stating “BOSCH!” It was far away the fan favorite and I was lucky enough to … Read more

5 Reasons to Go Full Tile

Why Tile? || Small Fry

For the last topic I wanted to cover about our tile in our home I wanted to cover the most frequently ask question. Or maybe remark? In general people are very shocked to hear that we have tile EVERYWHERE, and we couldn’t be happier with it!: You can see all our choices on a special Small Fry page on Marazzi’s site here! Besides two places: the loft – which we did carpet (for sound absorption mostly slash against my will) and the toy room. The toy room is just sealed concrete for indoor scooter riding. #boymom THE ALTERNATIVES. We were … Read more

Beauty Drawer

The Beauty Drawer - MOST used

Shared this drawer in my Stories yesterday and had a lot of questions about products, so I thought I’d put them all here! This is my top drawer in my vanity cabinet and it has all my most used products as well as items that were too wide to fit in my mirrored medicine cabinets on the wall. Low Profile Organizers are here. You can measure and get it more precise but I just had a mental place for all the products I’d need to fit and made sure I ordered enough containers. Super scientific! Eyeshadows – singles are perfect … Read more

#framefarme MASTER BATH

All tile and photos unless otherwise noted provided by Marazzi USA. Thank you SO much for all your kind words on our home tour last week! Now that the general tour is live I can delve a littler deeper into each space and I got the most questions about the mater bath! So let’s dive in! When we started designing the house Russ often said he would be buried in the yard. He has no intention of ever leaving until he’s old and gray. Designing for longevity proved to be a task in and of itself! What will last, what … Read more

#framefarme: THE TOUR

Welcome to the official Frame Farme tour!! Brought to you by the amazing manufacturer, Marazzi USA who supplied all the tile in our home. In my humble opinion, save only the windows, the tile absolutely makes this house what it is! We couldn’t have built this home without them and they are as good as family to us. We couldn’t be more grateful and I finally get to share what we’ve been working on with them for 2+ years! All photos were shot by Marazzi, except for those noted. You can see ALL the tile the house in one neat landing page … Read more

metal dining table ideas

After a years long hunt turning up nothing we loved, Russ insisted on making our dining table. Trouble is, he hasn’t had a second to do it, so here we are 6 months moved-in and still no dining table. It’s totally fine and we’ve gotten away with it, but I am so excited to get this project started! Since he has made the shift toward fabrication (welding and metal work) of course he wants to have some metal elements with the table. Our kitchen is all really light wood, the floors are pretty light wood-look tile as well. So I’d … Read more

#framefarme: pantry

on-the-go SNACK TRAY

This post has been sponsored by Mott’s. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Our two+ week holiday break is now over and as much as I loved the quality time with my big boys, my house is a wreck and I haven’t been able to check my emails in days. I am definitely ready for the routine and a little bit of down time to get back in the swing of things! I’ve been tackling the organization of an area every week or so in the house. The pantry is a work in progress, but I get asked about … Read more

#framefarme mud + garage

I feel like I always come in from the car with my hands full of groceries, babies, the babies’ stuff (he’s obsessed with carrying his backpack around) and messing with keys is just not gonna happen. Kwikset partnered up with us for our home build and one of their awesome locks solved all my full-hands problems! Their Kevo line is all smart, blue tooth technology locks and we have loved the look of their Contemporary lock! You sync it on your phone with an app and then all you have to do is wave your hand across the lock and … Read more

#framefarme: ali express

Ali Express Faucet - $90

If you’ve been around for awhile you know we purchased a lot of of our home stuff via Ali Express. Ali Express is a branch of Ali Baba which is basically a direct link to shop in China. They cut out the middle man and you buy right from them, saving a TON of money. I know people have fears and worries about factory conditions, quality etc. Ali Express is like Amazon in the sense that Ali represents thousands of smaller companies. Lots of which show you pictures of their factories right in their shop home page. There are reviews … Read more
